Community Nursing Care Services

Community Nursing Care under the NDIS provides essential nursing services to participants who have complex health needs or require clinical support as part of their daily care. These services are delivered by registered or enrolled nurses and are tailored to support participants’ health, wellbeing, and independence within their home or community environment.

We coordinate treatment in collaboration with GPs, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that your treatment is well-coordinated and consistent. We can offer some short-term help after you have been in the hospital or provide long-term assistance when faced with a significant illness; we are here to assist in making your life a little safer and a little easier in either case.
